        Hancock Whitney is the worst bank. Someone tried to use my debit card and they informed me they would send me a new debit card and it would take 5-10 business days. After 15 business days, I still did not receive the card and I called customer service. They cancelled that one and re-ordered another one. Still did not receive the 2nd replacement card that was ordered. Not to mention, they deposited one of my paychecks twice a while back and the bank finally took all the money back out of my account once they caught it, and it put my account negative $800 and I was stuck paying it all back. Very disappointed with this company. I will be cancelling my account when I have time to go to a branch.
