Lady in the office showed up late. We waited 15 minutes for her to open. She was rude and on her phone with someone the whole time: not helpful. After she took pictures of the car I was adding to my policy she just walked away. Didnt tell us we were done or anything. Usually the ladies in the Denham springs office are nice. Never dealt with someone so rude!!

I didnt have the best experience with getting my premium amount fixed for a while . But I was able to receive the best help from Tanesha . She thoroughly listened and answered all of my questions . She took her time and completed all of the task that were needed so that no mistakes or surprises would arise on my account ! I fully appreciate her authenticity and be professionalism with handling my premium set up. Thank you Tanesha !

Horrible insurance agents!!!! First agent I spoke with was very unprofessional she kept apologizing for someone talking in the background she even stated randomly that "someone smelled like cookies or cake' but barely talked to me and then suddenly disconnected the call because I asked for a Quote number and wan't ready to start the policy. I called back to report how I was just treated and nothing was done barely any empathy was expressed and I was transferred to yet another incompetent agent who further agitated me by trying to start a new quote rather than getting me the quote number for the quote I had just done. This was a total waste of my time and has completely tarnished the companies reputation in my eyes. I will never use any insurance affiliated with USAgnecies or Freeway now or in the future and will be sure to be very vocal to everyone I know about this experience. If this is the level of customer service you deliver to your potential customers I can only imagine how you treat the poor souls you actual purchased policies. Thank heavens I dodge this bullet!
