Louisiana Water Co

The Louisiana water company is taking and ripping people off.Every time something happens with your water.Is the customer's fault?Not theirs?And they do not want to hear it as far as I'm concerned.They need to take and get another company in this area to take care of the people I just can't understand why people is cruel in those companies Do what they do to customers If it was their they would Take and fight for their water

well it looks like someone in south of IHM is stealing water from people's homes. I was in the hospital for a couple of weeks and my water usage volumne more than doubled. I have bought faucet locks and am using them so I will be waiting for this month's bill. I had not leaks and several neighbors had huge bills also with no leaks at their homes. there is nothing lawco can do about it so i contacted law enforcement. and am posting this everywhere I can.

Their rates are ok but the convenience fee is ridiculous especially considering how convoluted and dysfunctional the process to pay online is. I have been trying to create an account to pay the bill more easily for years but have given up. I have to manually input my information every time and its tiresome. Then they have the audacity charge $2.95 and to call it a convenience.
