Aurora Flowers & Gifts

It was difficult to give even 1 star. An online order was placed and Aurora picked up the contract. They delivered a day and 1/2 late. When the item was finally delivered, it was the most disappointing arrangement. I was embarrassed that this was sent to my loved one. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, an Aurora employee actually went back to my loved one and ASKED FOR THE BASKET TO BE RETURNED. By that time, the basket had already been thrown in the garbage....where it belonged. But, it was dug out of the garbage and given back to the Aurora employee. This was the most outrageous and appalling display of professional conduct I have ever witnessed. I have been a lifelong resident of Crowley. I will NEVER use Aurora Flower Shop. Mary Ann's Flower Shop will get my and my family's business from this point forward.

Aurora is the only flower shop I use in the Crowley area. They always make beautiful arrangements and gear for prom/homecoming. We have been going there for years, and the other day I ordered from the website for the first time and It was the same great quality. 10/10 I recommend this shop to everyone!
