Gave us 45 day notice to vacate a year ago then turned us into COLLECTIONS. Highly unethical.

I havent had not one issue and if I did, they were addressed. Mr. James is awesome!! Were still settling it but its night and day from the nightmare I lived at in Avondale, LA.

SLUM LORDS! No other word for this company. The District Regional Manager is a joke. He doesnt do anything that he says he going to do. Everything is put off until tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. Servio buys dilapidated property in fixes it with bubblegum and scotch tape. I would not advise anyone to rent or invest with this company. Does Ponzi scheme ring a bell?

This places manages Jefferson Place in Baton Rouge, nothing else needs to be said. TERRIBLE.
