Police and firefighters get all the praise, but plumbers deserve applause, too. I highly recommend Goodbee Plumbing when you need a hero to save the day. This week, Paul and Mason from Goodbee listened to our needs and devised a money-saving plan of attack. Like seasoned detectives, they dove headfirst into a mysterious gurgling pipe, unraveling clues like a Sherlock Holmes in Carhartt bib overalls. After a thorough investigation, they unveiled the culprit what should have been a 4-inch diameter pipe opening was actually a tiny hole the size of a quarter. Imagine trying to drop your kids off at the pool, but they must first squeeze through a small hole before diving in. Your chubbier kids may get stuck when a lifeguard is off duty. Scary to think, I know. Paul and Mason identified the issue 140 feet from our house and suspected it might lie beyond our property line. Instead of cashing in on our misfortune, they selflessly advised us to contact the City for further investigation. Talk about honesty and integrity. Paul even offered to return the next day to meet with the City employees. Sure as Schlitz, after chatting with the other heroes from Public Works, we discovered that the issue had to do with the main line from the City's sewage system to our property. Next time you have a conflict between your pipes and, you know, your number two, poop, dookie, brownies, logs, or droppings make sure to call Goodbee Plumbing.

I was expecting a sewer backup. When Cody got here he was very personable. After I explained to him what was happening, he checked the disposal and was sure it was jammed and that's what was causing the water back up. After unjammimg the disposal he checked the clean outs, double checked the dish washer, the washing machine and toilet to make sure all were draining well. I was so happy it wasn't a sewer back up after all. I will use Goodbee's again.

Chose this company to service my plumbing left message for them to call . After 2 days of my call not being returned that was a clue this company doesnt care that Im trying to give them business or about my plumbing problem . I found another company quickly!

Goodbee Plumbing does not operate efficiently or effectively. Appointments take a week to schedule. We called for assistance mid- December and were told someone would come on 12/29. Once the initial site visit was completed, it took a few days to receive a written estimate. Once the estimate was accepted we were told that it would be two weeks before they could come out and perform the work. The work was then scheduled for 01/24/2024. On 1/24 the technicians came to the house. When they got out of the service vehicle they said we are here to give you an estimate and take photos of the work to be done. My husband quickly told them that we had already accepted the estimate and were expecting them to complete the job. They had no record of any estimates or work requested. Scott, the owner, had made the initial visit. They said they would call their office and get back to us with an update. By now, we have not had hot water for two weeks, we followed up and called the office that afternoon. Kim told us that it was her mistake she failed to write the work order and was certain Scott had ordered the part. Hmmmm We will call you tomorrow morning once we look on Scott's desk for it. This did not make sense that you ordered the part when you sent someone to write an estimate today. The next day at 10 am we had not heard from Goodbee. My husband called them AGAIN. Sorry, there is no part on Scott's desk. He is out of town and we will have to get back to you. We can fix it when it is convenient for you. That was yesterday the day we scheduled the work and took off to be home. that was convenient. To this day,01/26/2024, we have not heard back from them. Thankfully, we had another plumber that we called and within less than 24 hours he had our hot water problem solved. I would not suggest Goodbee Plumbing to anyone. They do not communicate well, record keep, or follow up with their customers.
