My mom was sent here to just get her meds straightened out. My mom was 92 yrs old and had no mental issues. They gave her anxiety meds, sleeping pills, and mood stabilizers, stuff she had never taken before. There has to be a reason they only let one visitor in there once a day.
The state ended up having control of how long she had to stay there. She stayed 10 days ? She ended up passing out and they sent her to the hospital. My mom was so messed up coming out of there. Needles to say she passed away 2 weeks after coming out of there.
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
Please find a different place to send them. They need to close this horrible place down!!

Vast majority of staff is cold as ice. Uncaring and short tempered. Took four days for them to realize that I was having Covid and cancer issues, not mental issues. Staff lied to their supervisors when I complained. NEVER let anyone but enemies go there!

I wish that I could rate -0 but that isn't an option. The staff is rude and they lie to cover their neglect. The director is even worse. Find another placement for your love one, this is not it!

If you love your family member then RUN from this place. If was the worst experience ever. They absolutely do not care about their patients.

Held here 15 days which is the maximum allowed, should have been discharged within 3 days had they provided proper medicine that agreed with me. Oh and this is more of a DETOX Center, not behavioral. Will file complaint with my insurance company.
