These people will take your money but won't take your call. I can never get Misty or Kelly to take my call or call me back. Whenever I call they are conveniently always on the phone which is understandable but they can't call you back?!. Always have some b.s. excuse. They wait until the day before your policy is set to renew to quote you. Very calculated. Doesn't give you time to shop around and get comparable quotes. Very shady!!! Gladly taking my business someplace else and I suggest you do too. There are way too many agents out there eager to do business with much better customer service. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Worse customer service ever! The agent NEVER takes your call and when it is time to renew your policy they wait until the day the policy expires to give you a quote. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this agency. Agents Jim and Kelly need to learn how to speak to people. Completely unprofessional and rude. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
