        The workers seem nice but this place is very expensive. The hours also say they open at 7am but didnt seem that way the day I waited until 7:15 am to pick up clothes. I was trying to do it before work so I couldnt wait any longer. I was also not the only person waiting to get in before I had to leave. Bad business etiquette.

        Wow I just had a really bad experience with this cleaner.  I'd used them before and they were fine.  I had them clean a quilted bedspread - I had it professionally cleaned so it wouldn't be damaged.  When I got it back, the backing had shrunk significantly, the top had not, leaving lots of extra fabric on the top that will no longer lie flat.  I spoke with the owner (same owner as  Nor du Lac cleaners on 21), he said sometimes that happens, "you just have to swallow it"!  He would do nothing for me, not even refund the $49.99 cleaning charge, even though the spread is essentially ruined.
