Kayleigh was super responsive and considerate of my tight situation. I really didn't think I could afford to buy, and she both proved to me that it was possible, and made it happen within my budgetary constraints. She's a miracle worker, and kept me informed of all the jargon and processes. Once I got my loan details, I discovered during cross-shopping that her fees and closings costs were unbeatable in the online mortgage space, making me feel that much more confident in moving forward. They'll really take care of you here at GB, I feel like they got me in my house without any add-ons and extra fees, and I don't feel taken advantage of at all. Professional is an understatement! Kayleigh is exceptional with knowledge, advice, communication and she represents Gulf Coast Bank Very Well! Communication is a big deal for me due to my jobs demanding schedule and there wasnt one time that I couldn't get in contact with her. I stopped counting home purchases since I'm a VIP/frequent job relo, but I won't forget that Kayleigh has the number 1 spot for overall best loan experience. She has exceeded my expectations and my family of 6 greatly appreciates everything she's done for us and getting the job done!
