I am leaving this review after being treated like garbage by their office manager. Dr Addie had to cancel our appointment, and when I called to reschedule and ask for a refill, the office manager gave me a piece of her mind. I am disabled and use an assisted walking device to get around, i have 3 children, and I am also dying from MS. I am forgetful and often cant call back right away. I guess that is unacceptable for this office. I saw the dr 5 weeks ago, but apparently Ill have to see her monthly if I want my meds refilled. The worst part is that the office manager hung up on me after I asked her name so that I can file a complaint. Then no one would answer the phone like it was magic. I love Addie and the service that I get from her, but this is unacceptable for their office. A mental health office ought to be understanding and compassionate, instead I was treated like a second class citizen. I was treated so poorly by the staff, I wish I could give 0 stars.

The entire staff has been amazing and has always ensured we were well taken care of from beginning to end - highly recommending!!
