First and foremost I would like to thank Evengeline Home Center. The best thing they could have done was hired Robert Christian. He is a great salesman. I enjoyed meeting him . He has always been professional,caring,& honest.Giving up was never an option for him . He made me believe that anything is possible‼️Thank you for everything‼️You are Amazing‼️

This is in response to a review I wrote a while back, regarding the experience we had with this company. Since I am unable to respond back to the reply the company made to my review, I guess I will make yet another review. 🙂 I am a very real very alive and breathing customer. Not sure why you would think otherwise. And I totally agree, any AC TECH would know that any repairs needed within the first year would fall under the warranty but unfortunately that was not the case when it came to Mr. Sal, the gentleman that your company had instal our unit. We did contact him on multiple occasions to get the matter resolved but as i mentioned in my pervious review he failed to even make one phone call to even attempt to make things right. After almost a year and a half later, after numerous calls and emails between myself and Ms. Jamie, I was pleasantly surprised to find a check in my mailbox for the reimbursement for all the fees associated with that matter. So I am happy that it was resolved. Still MY opinion about this company is still the same. I do wish well to anyone who decides to do business with this company.
