Besides the shoddy conditions of the apartments, the worst part is the manager, Gwen Trahan. This woman should NEVER be allowed to work with the public because she’s nasty, lazy, rude, and completely unprofessional. If you want to get cursed out and have her spread rumors about you instead of doing her work, then this is the perfect place for you. The owners of the company are just as bad because they allow her to get away with murder. I promise that you’d prefer to be homeless instead of dealing with this evil woman and this evil company.
