Hit or miss on these cheap pizzas. Sometimes they are really good, sometimes they are ok. The crazy puffs were really good

The other 2 Little Caesars locations in Lafayette ignored phone calls and kept cancelling my online order but this location answered the phone quickly and had my order ready in 10 mins. Good service

Ordered the new puffs using the online app after seeing that commercial for days. I was all excited to get home and try them. Here I was thinking I was about to have an enjoyable, different meal. I didnt think being a newer Little Cesars to open boxes before pulling off. This is what I opened a box to after getting home. So I placed an order and according to the app itd be ready in 15 minutes. App shows in the oven and then ready. Neither the puffs nor the pizza was in an oven for a good while before being handed to me. How do I know this? The pizza was cold, the puffs were absolutely sad! The puffs were cold and hard as a brick. Make sure you check your food before pulling off from this location. I am leaving this review 10 minutes after picking up my order that was ready after being in the oven (according to the app). This is just sad to think another person hands this off as food. I mean look at that puff from the side and you tell me this is acceptable. I can tell you I wont be back.
