        I'm thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. I ordered a double cheeseburger (not understanding how large it would be) and eggplant fries, and my husband got the fried fish poboy with waffle fries. It has been a very, very long time since we've gone to a place that primarily does lunch and walked away feeling so full and satisfied. The portions are excellent, the meat for both entrees was juicy and moist, and the vegetables all around were fresh and flavorful. Fries were hot and made on the spot. I have lived in the Lafayette area for years, and I'm convinced that this the burger I ate today is the best of the greater Lafayette area hands-down. This is absolutely the local jewel of Broussard that doesn't get enough reconigition.
