Cole came out this afternoon and fixed our heater. He even showed my son and I how to clean a part so it wouldn't malfunction again. He was so nice and professional. I would suggest Broussard A/C & Heating.

The Broussard AC team had our back when we needed it most. We just purchased a home and had 3 units coils go bad. They sent their best out to come take care of us and got it done in a day. They have checked in regularly to make sure we were good. A+ service and care.

Looked at my extremely old AC unit that wasn't cooling well for all of 3 minutes. Added freon, and then went on their way. I'm no AC expert, but I know if you have to add freon there is a much bigger problem going on.

The AC techs were very courteous, polite, and very service minded. While installing vents in the ceiling they placed a box under the spot where they were cutting the sheet rock so that the dust would not get all over the office furniture. They even sweep up the small amount of dust that fell on the floor. My questions were answered in a calm, courteous manner.
