        I get it is summer, but this is ridiculous. Kids dont get to drive unlicensed on golf carts or go carts. This should not be the process permitted. Others paid for houses and pay dues. I called Broussard PD, and I will continue to until this board deals w/ the issue in a news letter to everyone in the neighborhood. It is time the board also sets violations for home owners. Call me crazy but I think that is what an hoa should do. If not, they shouldnt be charging dues!

      Joel, I appreciate your valid concern over unlicensed individuals driving golf carts. However, the HOA has zero enforcement authority on this matter. Our roads are public roadways and are thus controlled and their laws enforced by public authority. The Broussard Police department is the agency onto file these complaints with.
