        Jacob & Jesse were great to work with. We got numerous quotes for gutters on our home (at least 7 quotes) and they beat the quotes we received and installed within 1 week. Easy to communicate with and efficient, quality work!!

        Initially, everything was all good until I noticed a few sloppy areas on the corners and edges of my gutters , I contacted Mr. Jessie and texted him pictures of the areas we were concerned about. He texted me back and said he would come and look at the areas in person. They came and assessed it. I was not at home at the time due to work, but called him to see what they were going to do to rectify the situation. I received his voice message and left a message and texted him several times. He didn't respond in both cases. I took into account that they may have been busy, so I gave him an opportunity to call me back. He never did. It's been almost 2 months and still have yet to get a call back. I called again that evening after I got off work and left a message requesting that he call me back and give me updates and to communicate with me. The day has come and gone and I have yet to receive a callback. Needlessly to say, I am very disappointed how this all ended. It was good at the beginning, but after requesting for them to fix those areas and not responding to me was bad business practices. I will make sure to get those areas taken care of, sad that they didn't take responsibility to take care of it for a paying customer.

      Leslie,The first thing we would like to say is thank you for choosing GUTT R DONE to complete your gutter project. I would like to clarify, we did respond to your concerns. A technician from our company visited your home to review the concerns and to make any necessary adjustments. Following a review of the gutter system, the technician did not find any defects. It was determined that the gutter system was properly installed and it would be compatible with the existing gutter system. After you contacted us again with the same concern, Jesse( owner) visited your home to review the concerns and came to the same conclusion that the gutter system was properly installed to the home and existing gutter system. The concerns that you stated were irrelevant and in fact had nothing to do with the gutter system being properly installed.
