You'll need a bottle of KY for sure after bringing you truck here. Dropped my truck off have the ball joints changed and they recommended that the whole front end be replaced. After $4k in repairs, I went get my truck. I made it less than a mile down the road and went right back to them, the steering wheel would jerk out of your hand for every bump. They recommended the steering gear box was bad and needed to be replaced, so waited another 2 weeks for them to get the part and they never provided. I went to another mechanic and they had it replaced in 1/2 a day. The gear box was not the issue as the truck still had the same jerking motion in the steering wheel. I decided to get under the truck and figure it out. The steering damper bushings were shot along with the mounting bracket bent and stripped out, a lug was completely missing from the front passenger wheel, and wrong stabilizer bar link (was not even close to made up correct). Brought the truck back to KY and it sat there a week and they never touched it, no attempt to fix their work. Its now been a month and they still have not attempted to make this right, $5k in total and the truck is worse than when I brought it to them. This is a scam shop, not a mechanic shop. They found the cheapest parts they could, charged premium 280% mark up on the parts, charged premium labor rate $155 hr to install and wont fix their screw up.
