I'd put 0 stars if it would let me. My appointment was at 11 I called thr office to find out if they were closed bc the internet showed they were closed and being in was my first appointment EVER I looked the directions up it was showing they were closed. Anyways the RUDE female that answered let's me know and very cocky about it says you missed it it was for 9:30 now they even called to confirm the appointment was at 11 on the following week and tells me you can't reschedule and hangs up on me. Bbb is my next move

What can I say about Dr.Manuel and his excellent crew if you need teeth work go see them he has made me want to smile again when I looked I cried

My son and I both see Dr. Manual. He is really thorough and patient. The cleaning process went well. My son was really nervous but Dr. Manual really made him feel comfortable.

Due to emergency abscess, and lack of clear communication, I was refused now and future care for being a little late for the time they apparently set. Horrible office. Zero empathy, zero effort in emergency situation.
