        Rude customer service and pickup date was pushed several times to the right. I can understand delays but this should have been relayed to us. Everytime we called to get a status we were instructed Its complete when we call to tell you it is in almost that exact verbiage from the secretary. The links sent to us via text would say 1 date and when that would pass with no actual phone call we would have to initiate the call to get a status. Usually it was the statement above in reply. Car was at least repaired well, or seems to be, and time will tell.
