When online shopping, I only use Walmart and Sam's Club as the last resort. Our poor delivery guy must really be overburdened so, I just hate to add to it.

Just dropping by, reading reviews...and there's a common theme. Well, two. Laziness and theft. Prove me wrong. How do you escalate these complaints? It seems that FedEx does not respond to these reviews, nor make a path available to find out where your package is with accountability. Maybe file a complaint with your state's attorney general?

Seem like they let the ppl take the packages when I order shoes and its hard to get in contact with people common sense not common if you know the person thats driving no action never takes place even when the app say on truck out for delivery for like two days

I hate fedex it will never deliver on time the driver take my package home with him every time..update it still is awful it 10:30 pm and it saying it out for delivery.. Called FedEx just for the stupid idiot to hang-up on me because she didn't want to do her job of answering where my packages just it on FedEx out for delivery..really at 10:30 pm
