        Alright, so I ordered October 13th from this company. I missed one call from the company, listened to the voice message as it was after hours I sent an email response. Crickets for weeks, I follow up and call back. Once again, I hit a block with a less than knowledgeable customer service rep who states oh im not sure, ill call you back. So, once again crickets. I email back, I Facebook message, I call multiple times during working hours and it forwards straight to voicemail or rings busy (ironic since it's a communications company). I finally go to my trusted PayPal (which, is the true MVP in this story) who issues my refund immediately after I let them know as of 12/5 my order from 10/13 is still unaccounted for after multiple multiple attempts to get whatever their problem was sorted out. Now hours later the so called owner of this company is reaching out completely offended I wanted a refund. Can I rate negative stars????
