        I filed at this place in 2023 never again I didnt get back much money and I need my AIG to file somewhere else and their phones arent working and customer service is horrible I hate this place

        Ive been a loyal customer for years. I made an appointment for nothing the tax preparer took 45 minutes with someone else and then she had to GO SMOKE before she started with me. I didnt get the MAX REFUND BACK LIKE A TAX ADVISOR is suppose to help. Next year I will be doing my OWN TAXES VIA SOFTWARE!

        This place is a joke.Never enough employees. We make an appt and the walk in customers get waited on first. Dropped off tax info in the morning and at 4pm, they still didn't even start on them. So walked in and my husband has been there for 2 hours in the lobby before I got there and they lady called the people that got there after I did before me. And the woman that worked there had her puppy up there and would take him outside to potty while her customers waited. She also talked on her personal phone
