        Worst place to buy shoes. Employees lie about return policy to make a sale. This place sucks!!!!

        Very unsatisfied with customer service. We asked of a return policy before shoes were bought and were told we could return them within 7 days before Christmas if they didnt work out. When trying to return on the same day shoes were bought, worker then stated we were no longer able to return them but that they only allow exchanges. The same shoes were posted NEW online for $147 but were $317 at Vault. When company was fronted, they did not care and simply stated sorry. I would not recommend spending your money here.
