        Great selection of shoes. Just sucks that they only have one shoe in most boxes and I get it, people are stealing things, just annoying to have ti ask for the other shoe to see if it fits your foot. My only complaint is everytime I come in the store it is hot...

        The staff in this shoe department was awesome! There's a lady there who went above and beyond customer service... Ms. Cynthia I believe.. there was so many shoes to chose from and I really needed a good shoe because of health problems never finding a shoe that doesn't end up hurting my feet ..but I explained and she got me the right one at a great price ...I also got another pair for slippers as well as a pair of shoes for my grandson! My son too found a pair of shoes too that day .. Yes I will be coming back to this shoe department encore store in Pierre bossier mall and would recommend it to everyone!

      Hi. We’re sorry you had such an unpleasant shopping experience in our store. What you saw with the empty box was our "hold one" procedure. We do hold one shoe in the back in some locations, or the shoe may have been on display. Even so, an associate should have been available to assist you with the other shoe to try on. We try to make our customer's shopping experience easy and enjoyable, and we hold our stores to very high standards. In this case, we clearly fell short. We apologize for our failure to serve you well. We will look into the store being hot, in a lot of locations our stores temperature is controlled be the mall or center, but we will look into it. Thank you for letting us know so we can take steps to make corrections. Your feedback is important to us.
