Call it serendipitous because Spartan's broker has over 20, prestigious and decorated, years in our armed forces. She has even been dubbed THE "Military Relocation Specialist"! And it doesn't just stop with her...her agents, her Property Management company SoBo Prop Mgmt, and even down too the selection process of the contractors needed during repairs are all top of their class!! But don't take my word for it, call and talk to them yourself. Other than a few minutes, what's there to lose??

Attention all MILITARY personal do not put a deposit on a listing with this company until you see it in person. I was moving here from Florida and they had a property for me that smelled like dog and cat piss when I arrived. When I declined to rent the house they wouldnt give my deposit back after saying they would if It didnt workout. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and takes advantage of people who cant see the rentals. Now I know why they wouldnt send me more updated pictures, man if you could have saw and smelled this place.
