Robert Brown Plumbing

We had no water for 10 days waiting on a previous plumbing company. We then called Robert Brown Plumbing last night and a team was sent out first thing at 8am. Jacob and Franky were helpful and kind to walk us through the process and cost. They worked quickly and efficiently to get our problem fixed! We would highly recommend them and will not use anyone else!

the customer service is the worst I've experienced they didn't have a time they was coming so the woman on the phone was like just wait with no time frame and the lady that was very rude they came by didn't let me know they were coming I wasn't there they came again called I told him 15 min he left the inconvenience these ppl put me threw is uncalled for when I tried to give them my number to call me before coming and I feel like it was unprofessional irresponsible on the plumber and the secretary and I would like to know why wouldn't you have a idea as a company on what time would you be coming and still don't have it done yet Service: Water heater installation

I wish I could give zero stars. Called and explained what the issue was with my shower. I already had a different plumber out that was not able to fix the issue, but they were able to identify the problem and let me know. When I called to make the appointment, I told them exactly what the other plumber had told me the problem was. Robert Brown Plumbing sent out two guys that were at my house for 20 minutes. They told me the exact same information that I already knew and told me that they weren't able to fix it that day and would need to order new parts to fix the shower. They said they would be in touch with me about ordering the parts and next steps. They charged me $200 and they were in my house for 20 mins. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. That's poor business. Even if you aren't able to fix the problem or order the part, you still let someone know. Especially after you charged them $200 for essentially nothing.

Eagle Sewer installed a manhole sleeve and reattached our main in a terrible manor. Problems for years with this, it was literally swallowing up our front yard, dirt disappearing on a massive scale...Robert figured it out quickly with the camera and got us dug up, repaired and filled back in in less than 6 hours...Amazing work!!
