Club Pilates

I have really enjoyed Pilates with my granddaughter. Instructors are great!

I'm new to Pilates and started here a little over a month ago, I go about 3 times a week. The studio is clean and tidy. The instructors and staff are all helpful and friendly. I love it here! And I'm seeing results already. 10/10 recommend, especially if you're intimidated by the gym or new to fitness!

Absolutely loved it! My introductory class with Leah was great. She was super sweet and informative. I definitely look forward to becoming a regular member.

I have been a CP member and visited multiple locations for about 3 years - after having a negative experience at a CP location in Destin Florida, I wanted to give a huge shout out to this location! Every instructor is wonderful and I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to go to this location! Thank you!

I normally don't write reviews but it would not be fair to Club Pilates Shreveport if I kept my comments and thoughts hidden deep within my soul. I decided to give Club Pilates Shreveport an opportunity to have me as a member in January 2022. Since I was cautious at first, I started off with their offer of a free session. I went through the front door with the mindset, will this just be another franchise pretending to be a pilates studio. Well, let me tell you, the minute I ended the class, I was rushing to the front desk to determine the best plan so that I could return the next day! Enough of the introduction, now let me tell you everything I love and everything I hate. Wait a minute, there are no hates or negatives so my list of loves are below. 1. The minute you walk in, you're instantly part of a family. There are no cliques and everyone feels welcome and it doesn't matter your age, your weight or level of experience. In fact, come to think of it no one has even asked who I'm voting for in 2024. I Love it.. 2. Their instructors are all very well trained but at the same time all so unique and different. This makes it really fun and informative since each instructor adds their individual perspective in each class. 3. Club Pilates offers many different plans and packages to help make it possible for each persons goals and budget. This is especially important during recessionary times. 4. Club Pilates music playlists just instantly gives you those bursts of energy to make the 50 minute class seem like 10 minutes. 5. Their equipment is always in perfect condition and they take extreme precautions in making sure everything is perfectly sanitized. 6. Club Pilates sells some apparel and accessories in the front lobby area. And in my opinion, the manager always does an amazing job because it is all so cute. 7. The minute you walk in the studio, the manager and her team truly show with their words and actions that they are happy you are there. 8. Club Pilates provides an amazing App to schedule classes, up to 10 classes in advance. And most importantly, keep up with your progress. Wow, class number 217 for me I could continue with this list, but would it be better for you to keep reading this or jump in your car and make the drive over and enjoy the free class? Worse case scenario and it is not for you, Southern Maid Donuts is next door so either way you will have a winning day!
