Best gym in Bossier. Real gym, real weights, nice community. It's got an old school feeling that makes it stand out from the rest. Staff is super friendly. Low price compared to most gyms.

These high reviews I take it were from when the gym first opened because now its a bit of a hot mess. We love a muscle gym but the gyms upkeep isnt there. Dated and torn equipment, broken cardio machines, the womens bathrooms are hardly clean or functional; several times have we gone into the bathroom and the toilets were stuffed with toilet paper and unkept. Then there is a crazy decline fee 19.50 that wasnt mentioned at the time of signing nor in the contract, but they have an option for you to pay in cashwhich a fee isnt collected. This gym could be a great muscle gym but it seems as if the owners dont care or theres lack of financial resources for improvements.

I had a good time here. There was a great variety of weights and machines. I also liked that the gym was a little gritty. I felt comfortable lifting heavy. I want to make this my new go to gym whenever I'm in Bossier!
