This is my 5th place trying and I think I found it! Great customer service and they did a nice job on my nails! I even chipped a nail 3 days later and she fixed it for me. Love this place and I will go back!

Went in this morning for a pedicure with my friend for some relaxing girl time. We sat side by side & they asked which pedicure service did we want. I chose the express one & the women questioned me & asked why didnt I want the more expensive one. I told her again which one I wanted. She started on my toes & I asked her if I could soak some acrylic off of my big toe that they had prior applied a month ago because my toe nail had broken off. She told me the soak off was going to take awhile & I told her that, that was fine. (my toe nail had grown out & there was no need for the acrylic anymore) She then talked to her coworker who was beside her working on my friends toes & he looked at my toe & took fingernail clippers & tried to pry it off. I then said AGAIN can we please just soak it off. She then got a fake tip out & started prying it off more as I said ouch & asked AGAIN if we could just soak it. Well, it finally came off & she said see. I then again told her soaking it off would have been better because my toenails are already thin (i wear steel toe boots for work) She starts the pedicure portion & lays my foot upward to start scrubbing the dead skin. She rubs the bottom of my feet with her hand & looks at me & says that I should get the more expensive pedicure because of how rough my feet are. Im upset at this point because my peaceful, relaxing girls day has been ruined due to me having to watch everything shes doing. She finished with the polish & again reminded me how short my toe nails were. I checkout & asked to speak with the manager (who is sooooo nice) She reassured me that she would talk with the women who worked on my toes because it was unacceptable & rude. I come to get my toes done for relaxation. Not to be pressured to pay for a more expensive one, told how rough the bottom of my feet are, ignored when I tell her shes hurting me & constantly reminded how short my toe nails are. I love Em Me & I hate that today was such a horrible experience with the women I had (whos name I cant even remember)

They suck my nails looked like shot I should make them give me a new set for free after I paid $70 dollars for gel nail to get home an hr later an take a shower and the polish started peeling off wish I could post my vdo
