We were given the best possible rate in these trying times. They worked very hard to make our dream come true! The processor was extremely efficient and had all of our ducks in a row so that our process went seamless and smoothly. As far as the negative review that I read, That was our transaction and trust me there are two sides to every story. The transaction throughout the whole process was made disturbingly rocky due to lack of communication on the sellers realtor side. Taking days to respond to simple questions, not providing us with documentation requests and demanding things that had nothing to do with us regarding the closing. The sellers requested changed the closing date because they couldn't close on their other house. They wanted to push it out past contracted date . It would have cost us thousands of dollars to change the date so we asked them to pay for half of that damage. It was beyond reasonable request but she was not happy about it. It made the entire process extremely uncomfortable at closing. This had nothing to do with the mortgage company. They acted in good faith on the part of their client each and every time.

As a local Realtor and never having the opportunity to experience Patriot Mortgage My initial experience with the processor was ok and what's normally expected. Just to spare some of the details, the processor did not communicate well or timely in the end... then a series of events happened beyond our control so I requested the closing be moved to make it a win win for all involved ... after several emails to the processor who set the events into action LINDEN ADAMS called me without knowing any of the details Yelling and Hollering at me to never move his closings again ... very unprofessional... I am very disturbed by this behavior as a professional and a business owner. I do not support this and I hope and pray when unforeseen circumstances arise, they learn to do a better job at communication and being proactive and making it a win situation for all Involved "considering who their clients come from and who may potentially could have been a client". Treat people with respect and kindness, I can't see where yelling and hollering made anything better! At the end of the day its about taking care of all potential clients in a great way.. Not being disrespectful to the people you work with and for! Very Disappointed in the actions of this company. And yes they cost us lots of money $$$$$! and No apology at all Buyer be ware!
