If you need a help with your vehicle this is a 5 star location. We broke down on our way to Florida my friend put gas in my diesel truck by accident. Cars Etc had us towed in and fix it immediately. They had three mechanics worked on it and flushed the tank and lines. Got us back on the road. The associates are very friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. I wish they were local I would have them service all my familys cars. Great place and people.

On Thursday February 15, 2024 we were on a trip from Dallas,TX to Florida and our sprinter van RV broke down on I20 just outside of Minden,LA It was about midnight and we were completely clueless on what to do next. Fortunately, we called Gordons Towing (great company!) who towed us back to Bossier City. The next morning we started calling around and had the good fortune to select Cars Etc LLC to fix our vehicle. We truly felt like we were the only customer there that day. They kept us completely updated on the status, got us fixed in about 3 hours at a very reasonable price. They were certainly in a position to take advantage of us if they had wanted to but they were honest and very professional in every way. I would definitely recommend these guys if you ever have vehicle problems in Bossier City LA

Decent mechanic shop, need to be more communicative on vehicle status and progression.

My Husband and I take our vehicles here and I can tell you they are very professional and the service is fast and they also take snap finance this was a life saver for ma and my Husband.
