After 7 years we are done just getting worse can't get meds no test results thay are rude mean an incompetent

I went in as a new patient and everyone was so nice and friendly. I was scheduled to see Dr Randy but he was out sick so I saw Dr Daks he was so amazing he listened to me and knew what I needed. Im so glad I was recommended to come here I will never leave.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The physicians (MD and PA) are usually pretty good. The staff and service is absolutely horrible. Please go somewhere else. If you go in for a refill, they'll send it in inaccurately, most of the time. I was made an appointment for 7am one time, I stood outside the door trying to get in for 15 minutes before someone "opened" the clinic. I called one time to tell them that a medication that I was prescribed (had to go to an office visit the week prior for that refill) was not in stock and I needed a replacement. The lady on the phone simply told me "It's your job to call and find out if the pharmacy had the medication in stock before you came for your refill." I went to ANOTHER office visit to get the prescription changed to a different medication. They sent in a prescription for a different medication, without a "diagnosis code." We are going on day 2 of me calling them to "leave messages" and requests for them to fix the prescription so i can get the medication that I'm out of...and still nothing. They don't care. There is no such thing as patient care to this staff. I'm in healthcare, I know how busy things can get, but that does not excuse poor patient care, lack of doing tasks or things that can ultimately end up with a patient not having a necessary medication. It's horrible. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - even if you're on medicaid, it's not worth it. Find a different provider.

if anybody gives them more than a star they are flat out lying. ive been coming here for awhile but its always been the same thing take 3 hours before the doctor comes in and by then youre so irritated and ready to go you dont care to acknowledge things needed. this time the short thick black lady with long braids was rude as hell. i walked up and filled out the walk in sheet and when i was finished i stood there and waited because theres personal information on the sheet?? she just acted like she was annoyed and like she didnt see me standing there. then finally she opens the window and i asked her if she needed my email even tho i have been here multiple times. she didnt even make eye contact with me before she reached for the window and said you can have a seat. just rude af. and you never see the same doctor twice ever. they just straight up give no cares here. finding a new doctor asap.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and everyone that I encountered after her was very pleasant also. A sweet and kind lady named Kecia was my technician and she took really good care of me. Ms. Kim also administered one of my tests and she was extremely kind. The lights went out while I was there and no one was upset, mad or frantic. I observed two employees discussing the care and concern for a patient. They were discussing how to get the patient what he or she needed (side note: No HIPAA was mentioned or disclosed). Thank you to the employees at this facility for taking good care of Veterans!
