Tower Loan

WORST customer service EVER!! Employees are beyond disrespectful!! Worst decision Ive made!! They do not care how they talk to their customers AT ALL. They are rude and should be ashamed of their behavior. I would not recommended them to anyone. Will be reporting them. Especially the manger, I believe the employees act like that because the manger encourages their rude behavior and doesnt set a good example. Tower loans on Jewella is the worst!

Tower loan of bossier city!! They are THE WORST!!!! Please stay away from them. They dont work with you and threaten you to file a lawsuit they dont care if you have a hard time. They came to my neighbors house and knocked on the door like crazy every week This is horrible company ever!!! They are very rude!! My neighbor should call the cop for them to do that because she has kids that scared when they knock on the door like that!! I think she should report this company to BBB. HORRIBLE LOAN COMPANY!!!

Do not I repeat do not get a loan through these scamming bleep bleep people The only reason I have another loan with these people is I bought a lawn mower and they financed it through them I didn't realize it was through Tower loans or I'd have told him to keep the lawn mower once I figure it out the loan was through Tower loans I tried to get out of it and was not able to I got a little behind on the first couple of payments one day received a call she asked if I want to refinance so I figured sure I will refinance to get caught back up I get there to refinance so I thought these people end up giving me a whole second loan and I didn't realize it so now I have two payments that I have to pay these people will scam you every way they can to get money out of you and when you get behind they will show up at your house your place of work try to see you threatened to Sue you threaten to take collateral this company should be shut down they're scammers that is all they are is scammers I repeat please do not get a loan through Tower loans .Republic finance is a great place to go and there is many other places do not get through Tower loans I don't know if I'll ever get these people paid off

When Chris was manager it was a very helpful and polite place but now he's gone some of the employees tell you they'll call you back and never do.

Absolute WORST company to get a loan from. They do not care about their customers. They only care about their money. They do not care if you're a single mom who had their job close down suddenly. They will not work with you. They do not care if you are still paying as much as you can, when you can. If it's not enough they will still threaten to file a lawsuit. They are the only company threatening to file a lawsuit. The only ones not working with me after I went through rough times and have been trying to catch up. and then I had 3 different amounts told to me that I had to pay to avoid a lawsuit. I emailed corp to ask for my payoff amount because I refuse to speak to these people at this office and of course nobody wants to get back to me. Then somebody from the bossier office texts me from a personal number and I responded asking for my payoff so I can schedule the payoff and I can literally see they read my message and they have given me no response. Uh do you want money or nah?? Do you not realize it tells me you read my message? So I know you saw me asking for my payoff and giving a date I'll be paying it. Selfish, greedy, absolutely awful company. YALL SUCK!!
