Ice Cold AC and Heating

Our A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called this company and within an hour our A/C was fixed! It was a capacitor (sp?) When we described the issue the technician had the problem figured out before he even saw the unit! We will most definitely use them again. Amazing!! I dont ever leave reviews, but it is definitely needed for this. I came home to it being 80 degrees inside, which is especially not idea with a baby. My A/C went out we were at the store. Gave them a call and 20mis later a technician was at my house and had to replace a bad capacitor. Everything took just under an hour! Good pricing, quick response, professional!! Highly recommend! I wanted to share a hero in the last 48 hours of a hell ride. I came back from vacation, tested positive for covid and no AC. Julian from Ice Cold came out within four hours of my call and got it running from outside. Yesterday It broke again, now Im really sick Jason came back 7pm (Friday !!) brought me a portable for the night, braved my inside and hooked it up. This morning he returned at 9am replaced the motor with minimal charge and Im back in business. Julian, the owner, also works with low income to make sure that they have heat during the winter months. I have used Ice Cold AC several times the past few years and Ive always been very happy with their service! Friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! Alsoeven though they are so busy right now, Ive used them 3 times already this past month (for myself and my mom) and theyve been out and made repairs same day each time! I cant brag on them enough!
