They give you 1 towel each size, 1 pillow and won't change your towels or sheets for 3 days. We asked for an extra pillow because these beds are beyond uncomfortable and they said no. This wasn't like that last year when we stayed. Will never come here again Noteworthy details: You can not get another pillow. Bring your own and bring your own towels and blankets. The sheets don't fit the bed right and the blankets are thin.

Do not stay if you have a service dog!!! They want your whole health history to why you have a service dog asking questions they are not allowed to ask. Room somewhat clean but the bathroom was disgusting, I would not let my dog in that bath tub. Had huge truck with equipment blocking us in when we tried to leave for our shows in the morning and management excuse was oh well.....staff is rude and very unfriendly.

The Indian fellow who checked me in could have been more friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all the amenities necessary. There is a train track nearby, so get ready for the train horn at random times during the night. But compared to others, this is definitely a great hotel. Safety: There's no surrounding buildings, so I felt safe here.

I stay there often compared to all other hotels at the same price point, they are definitely the best in Bossier. I felt safe and the rooms are clean. Greatest customer service!
