Quality Inn near Casinos and Convention Center

We stayed here for 2 nights. The desk clerk was very friendly. But the cleanliness of the room was TERRIBLE!!! The shower didnt drain properly and it was obviously not cleaned. The floor was full of crumbs, sticky from spillage & just dirty. After showering, I dressed brushed my teeth then had to scrub my feet before getting in bed. The complimentary lotion on the sink was clearly used. You could tell the room was not cleaned! I'll never recommend this hotel. Noteworthy details: Bring cleaning supplies & Lysol.

I traveled to Shreveport for business. I wasn't familiar with the area, so I booked one night. The next morning, I told the clerk to add another night. When I arrived back at the hotel, my key didn't work. When I checked my cc statement, they charged me for 5 nights. When I asked the clerk, she said that I had not left anything in the room, so they assumed I had checked out and even though they had overcharged me she would have to charge me again if i decided to book another stay. To this day, I'm still trying to recover my money. DON'T STAY HERE! Rooms: Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Hair in bathroom floor. No shower pressure Safety: I arrived aster dark. There were people lurking in the shadows. Walkability: Construction is everywhere, not to mention homeless and beggars. I wouldn't walk in this neighborhood Noteworthy details: Rude staff.

The room was decently clean and the mattress was comfortable enough. The exterior and the location are not nice at all. I was in a pinch and booked this place without much thought and would definitely not book here again. The staff was nice, but this just isn't my kind of place.
