        By far the BEST FAMILY PRACTICE DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN!! Dr. Permenter is a true medical professional that cares about her patients.

        Ive never had a doctors office experience like this. Ive called 8 times on 4 days and have even visited in person this morning to try and get a basic prescription refill for a medication Dr permenter has been prescribing me for years. Zero contact from a nurse, receptionist, doctor, office manager or anyone. The communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing and borders on negligence. Update: visited the office again today. Was told by the nurse that the prescription was called in over 24 hours ago, which was not true because I had JUST spoken to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to confirm and they told me the exact time it was called in which was that morning. So not only did the office completely ignore me for a week but Permenter and/or her nurses also LIED about when she called in the prescription. Not okay. I would not recommend her to anyone. This is the only public review Ive ever made for a business or office, thats how bad my experience was here.
