This office is the worst, receptionist is so so rude I cant even comprehend why shes working in there if she hates it that much. No manners, doesnt confirm appts and tells you she does. I have a heart condition and had an appt recently for refills which they didnt do and I found out on the last day of pills I had, I called and she was absolutely insane, treated my very badly and did not care at all for my prescription. Do not go to this doctor, all the staff is trash, get another pcm!

Called to find out if they were accepting my insurance. The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me. Not everyone listed in a provider directory accept new patients or even accept the insurance so you gotta ask questions. This place was totally not worth my time.

The receptionist is the most unprofessional and the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Bowman and was given the run around. After constantly calling to confirm time of appointment, I was told that I had already missed the appointment. She also stated she called me to confirm which is simply not true. No effort was made to reschedule. I heard that Dr Bowman herself is actually a good doctor. Her office staff on the other hand is a different story.

I can't believe that this place exists. It should NOT be in business or on the Tricare network. All the reviews on here add up with the same experience I had. Don't waste your time and find another provider. You would think that this place is run by scam artists who manipulated their way into healthcare with no degree or sensible knowledge to back it up. I waited two hours before even being called back, the med techs or whoever they are looked like they were wearing pajamas, the place looks disgusting, and the "physician"'s bedside manner is completely inappropriate. This place is simply collecting an insurance check. Call Tricare and get a new PCM!

Went in for a physical and TB test, the staff were all super kind and attentive and the physician was knowledgeable, kind, and caring. 10/10 Will go again.
