I had reserved a tow behind lift 2 weeks prior to needing it. I was in contact with the company in the meantime and even stopped by their office to see if they needed a cash deposit, so they knew I was serious about needing it. The day that I was supposed to pick it up I texted the guy I had been speaking with and he said the mechanic inspected it that morning and found a crack in the weld on the basket and the nit couldnt be rented. They didnt have anything else available for me to use either. I appreciate the safety measures being taken, but if they knew for 2 weeks that I would be needing this unit, why did they wait until the day of to inspect it? I had everything else lined up to complete the job I needed it for and this place ended up costing me money because I had to give up the deposit on some other equipment that I had needed. It was too late for me to get a lift from anywhere else, so they screwed me on that. I wont be back here for any business in the future.
