We had a bad situation happen over the weekend and set an appointment with these guys. Our house had no water and no a/c in a summer setting record highs. My father in law took time off from work to be at the house when we where told someone would be there. We had an appointment with Shane to be at the house at 11:30 AM. 5PM came around and he not only never showed but also never called nor answered his phone. We understand he might have gotten stuck somewhere else, but letting us know would have been nice so that my father in law did not have to stay at the house all day with no air. Called Jerry and he only told me that he didn't know why and hadn't heard from Shane but would call me when he could. Never called me either Eventually I found a new electrician who got us back in order in an hour and a half. I called and told Jerry his services where no longer needed. He didn't seem to care either way
