I was moving out of my apartment that I stayed in for 4+ years, it was a mess. Everything was dirty and I don't have to the to clean all this up. Most of it was junk that needed to be thrown away. I called up Bayou Bunnies last minute and they came in 20mins and gave me a very fair estimate on a full clean out. I said I need it done in 3 days. They finished in 2 days and the apartment was spotless! Very professional and very polite! I let them in my apartment and went to work and a couple hours late I came back and like magic I could see my carpet again! Thankyou again for the help!

From beginning to end, the experience with Bayou Bunnies was a disaster. They were 45 minutes late, only coming after I called and was told that the owner had lost her planner and so had no record or my appointment. When i initially called and booked them, she said that she would send 5 ladies to clean as our time at home that day was limited because we had a commitment later in the day. But when I called to see why they hadn't arrived, I was told that there would only be one lady coming. After I reminded her of her promise to send more, she called more help and 2 others arrived about 30 minutes later. All 3 ladies arrived with minimal supplies, even though I had been told that all cleaning supplies would be provided. They had bleach, pine sol, orange oil, paper towels, a mop and a broom. Upon arriving, they all asked what I wanted them to do, even though I had booked a "deep" cleaning and so I assumed they would know what this involved. They all seemed very inexperienced and unsure of what to do. I had to lend them Windex and furniture polish. I had to go behind them to remind them to dust certain areas, vacuum thoroughly, wipe glass tops with Windex not a dirty rag and I doubt if all the bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly. They mopped the floors but they did not appear to be clean afterwards. All 3 ladies were very nice and polite and fortunately one of them seemed to be more thorough and conscientious. But overall, I felt like it was a complete waste of money as I had to continue cleaning once they left. I would not recommend Bayou Bunnies.
