My grandmother is on hospice in icu in minden medical center and no one is allowed to be with her from 9pm to 7am. She on hospice no one can help her. She needs family by her side. No family should be waiting all night to be with the person who is dying. She can't even use a nurse button and has to die alone. Covid restrictions and ice times should not keep a family apart in hospice circumstances. Hospice is the end of life and stressful. She should not be alone

Get involved with them at your own risk! This corporation is as inept and corrupt as they come. If you like being degraded and unappreciated this is the place for you! Do your due diligence, the owner of this company has been sued multiple times for multiple reasons. Its pretty crazy and interesting when you really start looking. His corruption goes back years! We learned the hard way, save yourself and RUN!!! I feel bad for all of the innocent patients and hospital staff that have to suffer because of corrupt people like this who have purchased their hospitals. Its no wonder healthcare is nothing but a joke anymore.

I was the CFO at Avoyelles Hospital. Allegiance corporate CFO is the most inept and unqualified financial leader I have ever come across in my 30-year career. They hire unqualified regional CFOs that have zero leadership skills. In my 8 months there I heard about 4 faculty CFO resigning due to lack of leadership. Allegiance is a "Good Ole Boys Club" only interested in sucking the most money they can from their patients.
