Le Rivage Luxury Apartments in Bossier City

We have lived at a few different 5 star apartments and out of all of them, the staff and the grounds here are so much better. Quiet little place, plenty of friendly people, really nice facilities and pool. The process was smooth moving in and Amanda was the best. Super helpful through the whole process and my wife and daughter go up to the office nearly every morning to chat with Amanda and see the staff. They also eat some of her cookies at the coffee bar. I promise you this place is different from all the others. All it takes is a phone call to realize that.

I can't recommend Le Rivage to anyone! The bottom floor units are extremely noisy!! Very thin walls and floors! You hear every foot step and ball bounced above you, very poor job of vetting the potential renters. I've made numerous +20 calls to Management but no resolution! I guess their hands are tied? As far as it being secure, the gates are broken more than not, more than once I've walked out to vehicles on blocks with no wheels!! I wanted to live here a year or so longer, but a rent payment here will make a nice Mortgage payment. Office Management is good, but just not much they can or will do. I would have given a zero if it was available.

Great place for my 83 yr old mother UNTIL major plumbing flooding issues. Takes months to find the problem. The owners don’t want to spend money to fix the issues meanwhile my mom’s clothes smells like mildew etc. also nice high ceiling makes it hard to turn chirping smoke alarms off when comes on a 2:00am multiple times. Nice staff but their hands are tired & just puts bandaids on problems.

I love living at Le Rivage. Staff is friendly, helpful, and always fulfilling any request we have. The huge balcony is our favorite part. The inside has an open floor plan with granite countertops. Awesome place to live!
