We shopped around for tile floors and chose Custom Interiors in the end. Shopping for quotes isnt fun and some companies didnt even want a small job. Juan helped us choose the style, broke down the price and process and was able to work us into the schedule quickly. Honest, timely and low pressure- Exceptional customer service! We will be contacting them for future projects, Highly recommend

Hands down best customer service from start to finish from the entire staff. Heather was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Juan was knowledgeable and honest when discussing flooring. Fabians crew worked quickly and efficiently. So happy we got our new floors through Custom Interiors.

Poor results and even worse customer service. We had several windows as well as stucco repaired after a hailstorm. As far as the work goes, the windows were not sealed and it rained INSIDE our house. The stucco cracked and had to be repaired. The window count was off and an additional window had to be ordered. The window screens were not considered, and had to be added later on. There were 2 times that myself or my husband took off work to be home when the crew were scheduled to come and they never showed. Sometimes the crew would come out without us even knowing they were on our property. Multiple phone calls to the office and we were told Juan would check on it and get back to us. Rarely heard from Juan. We would have to call back and follow up. I do believe Heather tried to be helpful, but its a hard job picking up Juans mess. Not impressed, and will NOT be calling them for future projects.
