T&M truck and Trailer repair

My truck broke down on 3/12/24. Mike inspected the truck and agreed to fix the oil leak. Quoted us for $1,500 in parts which had to be laid up front. Fast forward to 3/25/24, the truck is picked up and we get a few miles down the road and oil begins to leak AGAIN. He claim it came from a different spot than before. Driver took the truck back and he supposedly fixed that leak. The driver proceeds to MS and ALL OIL HAS LEAKED OUT!!!!! Got another mechanic to look at the truck. Mike did not buy new parts, instead he tried to patch up. He was paid $2,580 total. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!!

We had a major air leak that put us out of service on a Saturday. We called T&M to get a roadservice/ diagnose the issue for the air leak. Mr. Michael( owner ) showed up with his mobile service truck on a Sunday where nobody else picked up any call despite of advertising 24 hr service. He quickly identified the air leak checking the air line from air compressor to our air drier(* which had to be already bypassed by us ) coming to the first diagnose the compressor was failing. He advised the truck to be taken to his shop to get a further inspection of all the air system components and gave us a quote for the replacement of the air compressor as the worst case scenario. We towed the truck to the shop following day where we we got the system checked and it came out the air valve from the main line on the back of the compressor was loose leaking air tremendously. Mr. Michael and his mechanics tightened and replaced such air line solving the issue. Besides this also the cabin air bag and leveling valve with a new hose was put on as these were also damaged. We also took the opportunity to replace our rear brakes and drums. The quotation for labor and parts was fair and the job was completed within the day. We are very appreciative of the service they delivered to us, Mr. Michael and Vincent( shop supervisor )were very diligent addressing the problem professionally explaining the process taking place to us in details. Mr. Michael even called us later on in the afternoon after we took off to check on us if we were fine on our way to our destination. We recommend T&M to other companies and O/O like us in need of repairs. THE SERVICE RENDERED WAS SIMPLY PHENOMENAL!.
