I cannot say thank you enough for the wonderful customer service I have received so far. I had my initial consultation on Tuesday, December 12th. They were very clear with the process and how long it would take to get my meds. I was pleasantly surprised when the meds arrived much sooner than expected. There was an issue and Lori (SP?) went above and beyond to help me. She called me several times on Friday afternoon to make sure I was updated on resolution. I am so impressed! I switched over to Unique Physique from a different telemedicine company. The difference is night and day. I am so glad I made the leap. Thank you so very much!
