I was recommended this Doctor (Mary Thomas) by a family member and once I began going she made me feel so welcomed and cared for, I was relieved to have found such a great provider I also recommended her to many. I may have been a patient there for appproximately 7-10 years, then suddenly received a letter in the mail that I was Released without Warning or any known fact of why' I was soooooo hurt I cried and was really upset for a few days, after semi' getting over it I called to find out why only speaking with the receptionist I did not get any clear answer she just was very nice and understanding but I'm sure only doing her job and could not give the info I needed, mind you I was in the middle of scheduling with Mary Thomas due to a medical issue that was present and had seen her two weeks prior receiving the release letter so I was caught Off Guard and it felt like a slap in the face!! Never in a million years I would believed she would handle her business so unprofessional, I would never recommend her again and will definitely speak about this to others to save the hurt and disgust I felt for this office. I'm more then sure a conversation could have been had before this decision was made so where I thought patient doctor relationship was established obviously it wasn't. I can carry on and speak awful things about this doctor but I won't I just warn whomever seeking a physician be careful choosing this MD.
