        No communication. Would not contact me to place an order and charged me for food I didnt order. When I called twice and sent an email requesting a credit/refund, no response. Wont be back.

        They DO NOT communicate with customers well. I booked an appointment online for 12:30 pm and they moved it to 11:30 am because they have over booked themselves. The whole reason for having an online system is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I even took the time to call them and make sure that my appointment was at 12:30 pm and not 11:30 am due to class.

        I tried to go there on two different occasions.  I'm a middle aged overweight grandmother.  Both times they set me up with a very young (early twenties) single guy for my consultant. Seriously?  No way could I bond with a guy 10 years younger than my son and talk diet problems. It's actually comical that they thought they could pull that off. I cannot recommend them.  Both times I just left.
